Tom's Rear Under Strut Brace

Tom's Rear Under Strut Brace for sale. Super rare.

Came with the car from Japan. Has taken a bit of a beating over the years. I've removed it simply because my car is too low and it like to catch everything.

Re: Stiff Accelerator Pedal

Issue is still persistent! When the engine is off the pedal is soft, when the engine is on it stiffens up. It's driving me nuts. I've unhooked the throttle cable from the throttle body and moved it within it's sleeving and it seems to be fine whilst pressing the pedal so it's pointing me towards the...

Re: Stiff Accelerator Pedal

I've taken off the cover to the TRC unit and greased up the gears. It all looked very dry in there.

I hope that's cured it!

Stiff Accelerator Pedal

Hi all, I've currently got my Altezza and it has a stiff accelerator pedal. Now it only appears to be stiff when the engine is on, not when it's off. I presume it's something to do with the TRC? If i turn the TRC off, it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't make it slightly stiffer, but quite stiff...

Braided clutch line?

Does anyone know of a supplier for a braided clutch line?

I've spoken to Goodridge UK, who don't produce them. I've seen a Goodridge braided line on Yahoo! Auctions, however i have to import it from Japan!

Thanks in advance

Re: Lambda sensor question

The fault also sounds like it could be a problem with the MAF sensor. I've had the similar problem.

The part number for the sensor could possibly be the same on a number of different Toyota / Lexus vehicls.

Re: Spare Wheel Help please?

If you're not sure if it's the right one, you might be best off just being a can of tyre sealant. All modern cars come with that instead of a spare tyre anyway!
