That's how I did the first time with the walbro but the 44 is huge so I made a custom cradle. Have it set up in the same way though with the return line etc. Had a longish drive today and it's not too bad tbh. It is loud but and you can hear it but it's not annoyingly loud so I think it's probably ...

Oh owel, worth a try! Mine doesn't work at all I have to put the fans to full and reach under the dash to flip the lever to blow hot air so I can only have full fans on hot or nothing. Atleast yours kinda works! Lol hope you find a fix, its well annoying not having heaters with normal controls Wooo...

Oh actually just had a thought. The cabin temp sensor can get dirty and read wrong. I think you have to take the plastic under the steering wheel off where all the wiring is hidden should see it in there it looks a little like the maf sensor Tried that and nothing hahaha ... I think that's more whe...

I'll be doing head gasket and timing belt this week coming and will check cam movement for you if it's not to late ... But I'd say your cam gear is gone as it should spring back to start position if you got a turn on it all all .. It should act like your exhaust cam if believe and being able to move...

The flap works perfect opens and closes perfect .. :/ it's really annoying what controls that flap though :D

Ok I posted here ages ago about my heater problem and wonder has anyone else had this problem and solved it Right the problem is when I put my temperature dial to 19 degrees the air is fully cold but when I go one notch which is 19.5 degrees the air becomes fully hot what can this be it's really irr...

Altezza radio brackets

Any body now where I can get any radio brackets the eom metal ones not the spurious plastic ones other than Toyota .. Or has anybody got any laying around I am returning everything back to oem Toyota parts so getting rid of the spurious radio fascia but the plastic brackets are different to the oem ...

Quick update Have purchased timing belt kit and water pump including tensioners and cam and crank seals (thanks to nick ) Unfortunately the belt it's self has gone missing but issue will be resolved soon and will have it soon :) Also got apexi 1.8mm head gasket Arp head bolts Autobahn radiator hoses...
