Re: LED down light for your home

that is a problem im not aware about with my altezza my friend. sure your in the right place? You mean you've never gone to turn on your interior light and thought, "Damn, I wish this was an LED down-light. It would focus more light exactly where I need it in the cabin." Just think, each ...

Re: Towing eye - Legana bumper

perhaps they thought the car would never break down  I like your confidence  It's more if I get round to track-daying it since you're supposed to have towing eyes fitted and visible (or pointed to if they're hidden). The screw-in ones would only require a small hole in the Legana mesh pro...

Towing eye - Legana bumper

Legana bumper...towing eye...towing eye...legana bumper... Some nice thinking here by Toyota I think. "Lets make a nice looking front bumper, but not take into consideration where the towing eye is." The same goes for the rear skirt. The both hang down obscuring the towing eyes :? Have any...

Looks cool, but wouldn't it have been a whole lot easier to just copy the card template onto a sheet of plywood

Mine certainly does. I walked past the BTCC Rob-Austin Audi while it started up and it made the exact same sound. Therefore, Altezza with SMF = Racing Car

Re: Steering wheel boss

I'm in the UK, but I'm pretty sure the ruling is the same in ROI. If in doubt, check with your local test station. Yes, for the moment, and untill/unless the EU enforces their proposed tightened regulations on modifying, it's fine to run no airbag provided the warning light is off. As for insurance,...

Re: Where can i get my Altezza corner weighted in Ireland?

@TheFrankmaster if you find anyone on the UK mainland let me know who if you got a sec. thanks in advance chris Contact any good local motorsport teams. They 'should' have a flatpatch and the know-how to do it. I know there's a Fomula Ford team (Jamun Racing...i think) down your way who have a set....

Re: Jap satnav & ctr console satnav remote

What about the jap remote thing, the satnat at least LOOKS like it could work & so is a bit cool but the remote control is funny looking & covered in Japanese writing, what is in its place when the car has no satnav? Keep it. It's a cool little conversation starter and a good bit of it's JD...

Re: 3SGE flywheel

Ironically I've just been spying a Techniclutch one on eBay!

Any idea how light they actually are? And by 'going spare' do you mean you've also got one fitted? If so, how does it feel? Do you find it quite stall-happy when the clutch bites?

3SGE flywheel

Hi Guys. I'm finally getting round to sorting a couple of niggles with my 'Tez, the main of which (the other is new coilovers) is a noise from the gearbox (Manual 6sp) which is quite rattly at around 2k under load and coast. Assuming it was a noisy bearing or possibly a rattly gear mesh I took it to...
