Re: Some

Hey Mike, Yes I've seen the visors on eBay, but shipping costs from the US are killing ($80!) and even from Japan. So if someone was to break an Altezza... :P Actually, I know someone who can read Japanese...doubt she would translate the whole manual for me, LOL. The translated owners manual (englis...

Re: Altezza RS200 - Fusebox layouts and/or wiring diagrams

Yes, I know, but it was an option on the Z-edition, so you would figure that in the economics of industrial manufacturing, there just might be a wire already running along the loom. If not, I will run a seperate wire...but where's the fun in that last resort  That aside, I'm still looking for ...

Some

Hi all, For an Altezza RS200 6MT, I'm looking for: - JDM window visors (stick-ons, not the inserts from ClimAir) - Fuse box cover panel drivers side (with letter "R" on the layout sticker) - Service manual of the RS200 (not the links to the IS300 service manuals found here) - Copy or scans...

Altezza RS200 - Fusebox layouts and/or wiring diagrams

Hi all, In my search for a rear foglight fuse, I found that the fuse box coverpanel on the driver's side (right hand side) is missing. I've searched everywhere, from here, to Japan, via the US and NZ and back, but I cannot find the layout of that fusebox or the electric wiring diagram for the Altezz...

Re: Hello from Amsterdam

Question:
I've looked into the Wheel Offset Guide and the list states I should keep the tyre width between 205-215mm.
I have the standard 17" alloys on the car and have a good option on some tyres, size 225-45-17.
Will this be a problem :?:

Re: Hello from Amsterdam

Thanks, guys. Yes I came a long way to get one, but there were few other options, so I decided on a roadtrip :D Not my first one, but definitely the most remote! Update: I got rid of all the stickers, but still need to get rid of the edges which seem projected in the paint. I think polishing the car...

Hello from Amsterdam - Now Altezza owner

Haha, ok, well...I couldn't wait that long...so finally the decision has been made... After fishing behind the nets for a few times, and probably one or two not wanting to sell theirs to a foreigner, earlier this week I went to Kilrush, Ireland to buy me a nice Altezza RS200 :D It's a silver 1999 ma...

Re: Rumble on lift off / overrun??

In my search for info about the Altezza, I came accross this lad. He seems to have found a fix for it. http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/jswright/3000rpm.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Update - Rumble Gone! (19 Nov 2005) Fitted new genuine Toyota: Dual mass flywheel, Clutch plate...
