Looking for loud exhaust backbox

Need a nice high-flow backbox. Preferably HKS Hi-power or 5Zigen style.
Needs to be in good condition.
Can swap for TRD-style quiet backbox.

Got myself original HKS replacement element.
For those who thinks replicas are good enough.

Re: power fc map sensor

It is used for apexi boost control with optional solenoid you can buy. However, I'm afraid this functionality is not built in Altezza N/A PFC. There is no "boost control kit" knob you can turn on like on turbo car PFCs.

Re: Power FC SXE10T Base Map

I have fully stock engine with 1.8mm apexi gasket and caldina injectors. Haven't gone to dyno yet and mapped it all on the street. Altezza MAF in HKS RS intake tube runs out at 0.65 bar at 6600RPM, so I would say it makes around 270HP. Knock is a big issue on high comp engine. Worst of all, you can'...

Re: power fc map sensor

MAP sensor is not really needed to run turbo on N/A PFC. However, it is useful for logging boost spikes and understanding turbo effectiveness across RPM range. (ex. boost on TD04-16T start going down after 5800RPM) You will need 5-pin harness: http://www.frsport.com/APEXi-49C-A004-Power-FC-Accessori...

Does the car jerk when during shifts?
If not, then I wouldn't bother with the sound.

Re: Turbo Altezza - powerfc - engine cuts out/ throttle

I would avoid doing this until you found out a reason.
CEL on PFC could mean 2 things:
-knock
-MAF hitting max voltage

Do you have datalogit or fc-hako box? Can you collect logs?
Also on commander you can monitor your knock level.

Re: Power Fc not reving

Does PFC see correct TPS voltage? It is easy to check with commander in "sensor check". Should display 0.72 at idle and 4.11v at WOT. Make sure that "throttle curve" option is turned off. Is is a new PFC? If not, did you try to initialize it (erase all data)? There is a rev limit...

Re: power fc serial numbers...help

You can run either.
Turbo PFC lets you use Apexi boost controller kit and has very different base map.
Be careful with MAF voltage table. On turbo PFC it is configured to be run with Apexi turbo kit MAF tube.
Also default timing table on turbo PFC is really late.

BTW, I run N/A PFC with turbo.

Re: throttle body

Do you have IAC valve connected? May be it's different voltage from the stock one and power fc can't control it.
You might check what AFR you are getting on idle as well.

Re: error code

I think you have to disable Throttle Curve option on power fc to run mechanical throttle. Not 100% sure as I'm running stock.
Power FC does several fuel table corrections based on TPS voltage, but primary fueling and spark tables are based on MAF.
