As far as I know the gear box is the same but the bell housing is different. The starter is mounted on different sides for both cars. Think if you used the old bell housing it would be grand.

your chassis number should be SXE10- 00*****
The frame number should be something like AEFVF-Z or something like that. Might be different with the tiptronic
If you are ordering stuff from toyota they will look for both numbers

There is a crowd called ibcjapan i think that alot of people use. you regester with them and you can see what cars are in auction. They will give you the report in english aswell.

www.japaneseusedcars.com is also another crowd that i see people talking about
