Re: Power Steering Whine

usually after about 10mins the noise goes away but today it was constant, I think the pump is about to die, I will try a flush tonight to see if it works

Going by the attached its the pipe labeled 44412D that attaches underneath the reservoir, I will take this off correct?

Re: BOOT/TAILGATE not closing

Well if I push the middle of the lock with my key all the way it doesn't lock into place, it just returns to the open position. I tried the same thing with another car and when I push it up it stays into place.

Doesn't the IS200 mechanism fit ?

BOOT/TAILGATE not closing

Hi All,

My Boot doesn't seem to close, I have been inside the boot while a friend closes it and it appears that the latch isn't locking into place.

Can anyone tell me with the BOOT/TAILGATE LOCK/LATCH UNIT from and IS200 will fit on an Altezza RS200, cant see why it wouldn't?

Thanks in advance.

It does appear to be coming the power steering pump area (to the left of the reservoir) Any ideas what I can try to fix this noi...

Re: Altezza Rev limit

Idle is fine, oil pressure seems ok. Can you tell me what it should be indicating? As the car has been running fine I haven't bothered taking it to be looked at. It looks like I'm hitting the correct in gear speeds (nobody has let me know what they get in each gear) and the car is pulling hard all t...
