Re: Clicking/rattle noise when engine is running

Upload finally done, lol Here's the link: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aYqtVMvBzqg Well, I knocked my old engine that did 'bout K140,000+ and this engine I've put is from another Altezza that had an accident I don't know 'bout this one The ironic part is the old engine also made the same noise, I t...

Clicking/rattle noise when engine is running

How's it, guys? Ok, so, when I start my Tezza like the first start of the day, there's a clickin' noise together with the rev. I let it idle, the noise goes away when the engine is warmed up (you can actually hear the noise reducing) 'till it's silent on idle. But when you rev it, the noise simultan...

Re: Canadian Altezzification

Sask, nice ride, man. It's neat, no doubt. Just needs a few mods. If possible, do a turbo conversion. Oh yeah, put low profile tires, it looks better when the Tezza is sittin' low on the ground. ;) Good luck with the mods, man. And 'bout identifyin' your wheels; my friend has similar (if not the sam...

Re: BEAMS wont go past 4500rpm

Get an electrician to get all the wirin' in order. What do you mean "won't go past 4500 RPMs"? As in, does it act as if the rev limiter is at 4500 RPMs? if it does, then it might be your Air Flow Sensor which is weak, dirty or 'bout to die. 'Cause if it, the Air Flow Sensor, is not connect...

Re: Should i trade my AS200 for an RS200?

Hey, Sobz. Welcome to Tezzaworld, newbie. To decide that, check the differences between the AS200 & the RS200. A post 'bout the differences has been mentioned before on this site. Check through the threads on this forum. By the way, here are some links: http://www.tezzaworld.com/viewtopic...

Can parts from a Caldina GT-T work on the Altezza?

What's up, everyone? I was wonderin' if parts from a Caldina GT-T work on an Altezza? I wanna remove the Turbo kit, injectors and the fuel pump. i wanna put 'em in the Altezza. Turbocharge it :) that's if i can manage to find a wrecked Caldina GT-T :? :P but the question is will the stuff fit in to ...

Re: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND TC light flashing -

Hey, guys. My Tezza started givin' the same problem like a week or two ago. Ever since after that, sometimes it will move completely perfect, but sometimes it will move fine for a while then it will lose power. The engine check light will come on and the traction light will keep blinkin'. It's worry...

Re: Altezza conversion Turbo

Soiled , thanks; you're words are real wise. At the moment, I have been lookin' for Turbo kits online. I found this to be the cheapest online: http://www.rhdjapan.com/trust-greddy-td04h-19t-bolt-on-turbo-kit-sxe10-altezza-3s-ge.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I don't get it, why...

Re: Altezza conversion Turbo

Ok, for a Turbo, is it compulsory for my ECU to be remapped?

And how so I know what internals need to be upgraded? Could there be a list of internals upgrade I could follow with the help of someone who Turbo'd their Tezza?

Re: Altezza conversion Turbo

I think I'll just go with a TD04. What parts would need changin' and in what way? I've got a lot on my mind, lol, I'm also thinkin' of an alternative, which is, puttin' in a 2JZ. Has anyone on this site ever done the 2JZ conversion? It would be kind'a ideal 'cause it would be less of a hassle to sta...

Re: Altezza conversion Turbo

I'm thinkin' of a TD05 Turbo, what would you recommend? I want as much power as it can give out and it should be able to handle that kind of power.
