Re: Car backfiring when given full throttle and hesitates

It’s something to do with maf, plugs or coils or possibly fueling if it was blocked cat or anything like that it wouldn’t miss so much as just not have power like a blocked air filter type situation. Probably worth doing your oil pump and if you haven’t then just do the timing belt water pump and tensioners at the same time.

Re: twin scroll

Not an off the shelf item. You'd need to get it made up for you. Depending on where your from you'd have to look for someone people trust in the area that do this sort of thing.

Re: Lightweight fly wheel or no?

If your changing it anyway then go for the light weight. Pros; quicker rev better throttle response Cons; may cause slightly lumpy idle nothing that most people would notice. A little less easy to pull away from a stop but that's something you'd get used to after some use. Probably won't notice much...

Re: BBeams Black Top Individual Throttle Bodies

Re: Think I broke my gearbox

Just saw this on dw. Really sounds like your gearbox or diff there easy to check try pulling away and see what happens don't drive on the open road incase it locks up. Drain the oil check for metal if ya wanna check the diff jack up the rear wheels and check by turning it by hand. I think you answer...
