Is it definitely the starter, or is it just the contacts in the starter solenoid. If it goes click when you turn the key, chances are it's the contacts, and any auto electrician should be able to do it. It's a fairly common problem. I had to get mine done this year

Push start will only work if there is enough in the battery to power the injectors

Aftermarket with lightweight flywheel will work out cheaper as well. The whole setup will cost less than a new dual mass, and the dual mass needs to be replaced as it can't be machined.
