when i start the car all i hear is a big gush of water from in behind the dash. The car is driving fine and not overheating or anything. I'm thinking its an air lock, anybody know how to get rid of it??? Or any other ideas???

Does anyone know what causes vibrations in the gear stick?? It happens when in neutral and while driving but it drives no problem. Is it the gear box or do they all do this??
